Biography

Rajkumar Tekchandani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He has nine years of academic experience, including one year of academic experience at NIT Jalandhar. He received M.Tech degree in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D in Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. His research interests include Software Engineering, Software Code Clone Detection and Data Mining. His current H-index is 3. Till now he has guided ten M.E students for their thesis work.

Description of Research Interests

Rajkumar Tekchandani is currently working in the area of software engineering and data mining. His research interests are in software code clone and code clone genealogy detection. He is pursuing his Ph.D in the area of software code clone detection. He has published research articles on code clone detection and code clone genealogy detection on distributed version control systems.
