Industrial training

We provide industrial training to all the students of various BE engineering disciplines. Students are required to go for a six-month training semester within the industry, during which, it is mandatory for them to complete an industrial project under the joint supervision of industry supervisors and TIETU faculty.

A System Development Project (SDP) of sixteen weeks is mandatory for MCA students. MBA and M.Sc. students must undergo a two-month training and a six-week summer training respectively. ME/M.Tech students from Computer Science, Electrical Instrumentation, Electronics Communication, Biotech & Mechanical Engineering departments go for one year internships as well.

CILP also assists in organising a six-week summer training for students from BE second year of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics (Instrumentation & Control), Electrical and Computer Engineering disciplines.

The industrial training provides the students with a system of education that formally integrates academics with appropriate industry exposure.
