Responsibilities: Hostel administration, welfare, conduct, discipline, health of students, fee concessions as well as helping students to build their personality and making their stay comfortable on the campus, and to provide them a pollution-free, accident-free and hassles-free environment, and, to make this possible, the following are not allowed on the campus:  Plying of powered vehicles, possession of valuables/arms, possession/use of intoxicants, and use of cell phones in academic area.

Further, as industries look for graduates who are good both in studies as well as extra- and co-curricular activities, well-versed in corporate etiquettes, and have knowledge of additional global languages, and are at the same time good human beings,so we provide them opportunities for participation in a variety of activities, other than those of academics, like: International & National Level Activities, Institute & Department Level Activities, Finishing School, and Social & Ethnic Activities
